Working principle
The self-clearing cage drum screening machine performs reasonable rotation of the equipment center separation cylinder through the gearbox type deceleration system. The center separation cylinder is a screen composed of several annular flat steel rings. The center separation cylinder is installed with the ground plane. In the inclined state, the material enters the cylinder net from the upper end of the central separation cylinder during the working process. During the rotation of the separation cylinder, the fine material is separated from the top to the bottom through the screen interval composed of the annular flat steel, and the coarse material is separated from the lower end of the separation cylinder. The device is provided with a plate type automatic cleaning mechanism. Vibrating screen classifier
The vibration screen machine adopts tube type eccentric shaft vibration exciter and partial block to adjust the swing. The material screening flow line is long, various screening size. The vibration screen machine is widely used in organic fertilizer, compound fertilizer, mining, building materials, transportation, energy and chemical industry.It consists of a screening box, a vibrator, a suspension (or support) device and an electric motor.
Working Principle
The vibrating screening mesh is operated by the reciprocating rotary vibration which is generated by the vibrator excitation. The upper rotating heavy hammer of the vibrator causes the screen plane to whirling vibration, while the lower rotating heavy hammer causes the sieve surface to produce a conical rotary vibration, and the combined effect of the rotating heavy hammer causes the screen surface to produce the complex rotary vibration. The vibration trajectory is a complex space curve.
The curve is projected into a circle on the horizontal plane, and the projection on the vertical plane is an ellipse. By adjusting the exciting force of the upper and lower heavy hammer, the amplitude can be changed. While adjusting the space phase angle of the upper and lower heavy hammer, the curve shape of the screen surface movement track can be changed, and the movement track of the material on the screen surface can be changed
